Will this be ported to work in Sim Settlements 2?

      I'd love that, too.

Any plans to update this for Sim Settlements 2 as I think it would be great!

I can't seem to get this working, anytime I select anything it just sits at "Building Layout 0%" and doesn't do anything.  Does this have any major incompatibilities that would keep it from doing what it's supposed to?

Hey love this mod FINALLY I have a Sanctuary that isn't just a ass ton of rocket turrets surrounding the perimeter. And it also looks good while running really well.

That said I do have to report an issue/bug. For some reason having this installed along side Buffout 4 causes the game to crash shortly after lanching the game about 5 to 10 seconds not including any time the game freezes to load. So basically only when sound is able to play. For me it happens after you get to the main menu since I skip the cutscenes. Not sure why it crashes I have looked at crash logs, but didn't find anything that stuck out to me, but that could be because I don't know what I am looking for/missed it.

I know for a fact that it is these two mods that are the conflict since enabling either of them while the other is going makes the crashes return. I even tried it with nothing installed other than this and Buffout along with the dependancies of those mods. It is only when these two are active together that the game crashes.

Luckily I can just use this to import the settlement then remove it and put back on buffout.

      From Buffout 4 comments page:

WSFWLayouts_KinggathsMegaSanctuaryLetsPlay.esl has a number of records with zero-length subrecords.

Yes when I posted this comment that wasn't there when I posted about the issue here I also posted about it there. It is quite likely that they updated it after I had reported the issue.

I found out the crashing may be due to the wiring in the full design build. When I was using the full build design my game kept on crashing but after I switch to the main mod file I did not have a problem.

Hi! The mod looks awesome but when I start it up in the workshop it crashes about halfway through the first section. Not sure whats going on as my other blueprints are fine.

Hard to say why that would occur - this engine is very finicky sometimes, seems to run better on some hardware over others.

You could try reducing the Workshop Framework threadcount to see if that works for you.

It says it requires junktown.esp I searched it up and found a mod that has that name for sim settlements is that all that’s required?

It mentions it contains the full tech tree of some mod do I need to install that or is it included in this?

Yeah, you just need junktown.esp to be enabled. Though, I didn't build that section before enabling.

The player home layout never finishes loading for me. I don't get a message or anything, and it seems to be stuck at around 93-95%.

Hard to tell with this game. I have an i-5 6400 with a GTX 970 that can handle the plan no problem. Other people with better systems have trouble with it. FO4 is a mysterious beast.

Honestly I think as long as you have something decent from a few years ago, it will be fine unless you go crazy with mod count in general.

Running an Alienware Aurora R8 with Intel i9 OC'd to 4.4 GHz, 32gb RAM, RTX 2080Ti graphics card and only sim settlement mods and HUD Framework activated on a new play through and I can't get the mod to work in either the full mode or segmented. I get no progress bar at all and nothing changes in Sanctuary Hills.

This looks so good. Thanks for making this. I ran into an issue, however. I loaded up one of the cul-de-sac sections and when I went to look at it, I noticed the house where you kill the second group of bloatflys is gone. No foundation or walls or ceiling. Just the interior contents floating in the air. I reloaded my save to before i started the layout and it's missing there as well.
I ran into an issue similar to this with a city plan once. During the cinematic, parts of overpass at Finch Farm kept popping in and out of existence and then eventually never popped back in when the cinematic finished. Leaving everything built up on the overpass in midair. I thought maybe it was a remnant from when I had scrap everything (but had uninstalled it later). But here I am with this. Never had any scrapping mods on this installation of the game. The only thing I am using that affects scrapping at all is Place Everywhere. That has some sort of extra scrapping function I think. Is that what is happening?

edit: hmmm...everything comes back if I exit the game and restart.
