Changes the concrete set from Wasteland Workshop.

This retextures the concrete set from Wasteland Workshop to reflect a board-formed style commonly used in building 20th century fortifications. It also edits the metal frames holding the concrete together. This presents a newer but still industrial aesthetic.
Primary file requires Cleaner Concrete Structures: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11943. Overwrite when prompted. Another Optional file will replace all items using bldconcretewall01; no requirements needed.
Recommended: Less Repetitive Shack Floors https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7989 for the triangular floor pieces.
