The legendary slot was add too so other mods can stack powers.
Science perks needed to make new ones, a box with 6 of each miscmod is added to qasmoke.

Combat- Punishing Enclave Paint Reflects 10% of melee damage back on attacker.
Leather- Sprinter's Enclave Paint Increases wearer's movement speed by 10%.
Metal- Troubleshooter's Enclave Paint Reduces damage from robots by 15%.
Synth- Sharp Enclave Paint +1 Charisma and Intelligence.
Weapon- Instigating, does double damage if the target is at full health.
