This mod simply changes the perk requirements for the various crafting stations you can create while in settlement build mode.

Crafting Station Perk Adjustments is a small mod that I created for myself, in order to not require I invest into charisma if I would like to create crafting stations in my settlements. Now the perk requirements make sense for the most part, and allow the you to better role-play your character by not requiring you to get to six charisma, just so you can slap some duct tape on your leather armor at your home base.
Perk Requirements: I wanted to stick to a similar level requirement for most work stations, so with the exception of the cooking stations, everything requires "rank 2" of it's respective perk.
Armorer rank 2: Armor Station Gun Nut rank 2: Weapon Workbench Science rank 2: Power Armor Station Chemist rank 2: Chem Station Lead Belly rank 1: Cooking Stations
I also added a brief description to the aforementioned perks to let the player know, "Hey you can build these yourself now!" I also edited the description of Local leader to reflect those changes as well.
