I found a awesome mod called Courier Duster by darkman32197 (This mod is a requirement) and asked him if I could make a mod that made certain NPC's wear his armor, he said go ahead so here we are, what this mod does is make it so the Caravan Guards in connection with Bunker Hill wear Courier Duster armor mod with better weapons & changed their name. (Other mods who add caravan guards who use caravan guard outfit template, will be effected)
-Update 1.1 Turns out has some conflict with Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch,working on patch so you can use with UF4P.
1.1 for users who do not use UF4P.
2.0 Works with or without UF4P.
Sorry it wasn't right in 1st place, 1st mod here so I was clueless, took some learning & help from Draco.
