This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
The Institute Gatling Laser is functionally identical to the original. Just like the laser gun, it trades damage [14->12] for fire rate [272 ->300]. However, it can interchange mods with the original Gatling Laser. The only exclusive mod is the Institute muzzle focuser (the vanilla one has a projectile override to change it to red). It can be acquired by using the console (help "institute gatling laser" 4 weap) or crafted at a chemlab after you complete the "institutionalized" quest.
