This mod turns the entire Galactic Zone into a Player Settlement. Works as any other settlement does. There is no green build border because the walls tell you when you cant build any farther.

There is a PATCH under "Optional Files" for those who wish to have a clean Galactic Zone. Make sure the patch loads AFTER BOTH Galactic Zone Repair'd, and this Mod.
