Let me start by saying that this is an early access work in progress release.

There are NO armor feature mods.

The head/neck seam is wonk.

The cloak physics is funny.

The armor is INTENDED to work as a full set. Destiny 2's armor system is COMPLETELY different from Fallout 4's. So no Destiny 2 style shaders. That was the first thing I tried with Fallout's palette system - it didn't work.

So for the ease of use, it's the body, cloak, and helmet.

For the BEST POSSIBLE RESULTS wear the full set. 

You can only get it through the console for now.

The neck position is weird and if you remove both the helmet and the cloak it looks SUPER weird. I'm looking for a fix.
