Do a quest for Tom to obtain the legendary Hair Clippers and give people haircuts throughout the Commonwealth.

Tom works at the Super Salon in Diamond City. He was recently hired and all he does currently is sweep up the hair after John gives people haircuts. He dreams of a day when he can be the one giving haircuts and if he can find someone to do a job for him, he may just get there.
That's right, a job to find Hair Clippers. A revolutionary device created by Vault-Tec.
Speak to Tom at the Super Salon in Diamond City.
At the end of the quest, you will be given blueprints to craft your own clippers. Craftable at a Chem bench. Also, there are a few color options that can be crafted at the weapons workbench.
Quest/Mod Spoilers, not recommended to look at until after having played the mod.
Installs like any other mod. No DLC or Mod requirements. Install with NMM/Vortex or enable through the Mods menu in Fallout 4.
This mod would need Diamond City to be mostly original in order to function, not sure how those DC overhaul mods would effect this one.
Adds a couple persistent refs to Diamond City and Vault 75.
All form ID's and file paths use the shorthand HCLIP.

Yes, this is an April Fool's mod lol.
I wanted to make a joke mod but not something lore breaking or immersion breaking really. Something that can be kept in your load order as a joke but doesn't take away from the Fallout experience. It's a mod that kind of feels like it could be part of the vanilla game. Now, for some notes:
When you shave people's heads, they just go bald for a day. Their hair will return! Also, there is a chance of other things happening as you shave depending on your special stats.... have fun with that.
Because of how this mod works, people wearing a one piece suit or something like the BOS scribe outfit will become naked when shaved. Don't shave off people's clothes.
Also, if you played Tom's quest in your first playthrough, try going back on a rerun and getting the clippers before talking to him now that you know where to get them in the first place.
