Missing sleeve due to having a Pip-Pad. Any mods to fix that?

Been 2 months so you probably don't care but the Pip-Pad mod itself has a patch on their page for this.

For those using MO2 and noticing that the Shinier Armor is not set up properly, you have to do a manual installation and then place it into the texture area of the main file.

Only seems to work on my hat for some reason

Edit: Spawning it in again worked after the second try or so.

Unfortunately the mod author left the names of the files identical when they come up in NMM. So remember your download order and install the optional file last, or the optional color won't come up, and you can spend 20 minutes trying to figure out why like i did. lol.

Sorry, I don't use NMM so I didn't realise I had to do anything with it.

@Billyro, you did everything correctly. The optional files clearly state that you need a main file first. It would be the same way if you manually installed it. You'd place the main files, and then stick the optional files in its place and overwrite when prompted. NMM automates it a little, but you'd still download the main file and then the optional and overwrite when prompted. No idea how Kanzei did it backwards and then had the nerve to try to blame it on you. LOL

Amber is correct. The optional colours are meant to overwrite the original colour
Oh, and stop using NMM. It's out-dated and doesn't always uninstall mods correctly, especially if the mod you are uninstalling over-writes another.
Use either Vortex or Mod Organizer 2. Neither one actually writes to the Data folder, so no more physically over-written files. They both use a Virtual Folder System, which means you can have a different Mod Load-Out for each Character Profile. That's not even close to possible with NMM.

Edit: You could actually with either Vortex, if it has an asset load order pane like MO2, install each Optional as a separate mod and just have it lower that the main mod in the Asset Load Order.

NMM works perfectly fine but yeah be a noob and use vortex (even though literally any serious modder uses NMM)

Don't give me that pretentious MO2>Vortex claptrap - no serious modder uses any mod manager at all, period! I've been modding (both as user and sometime publisher) since the 1980s, and have always done it manually. Mod guides for those doing it manually are poor/incomplete and often ridiculously (and lazily) just say "not advised", but in fact F04 is even easier to manually mod than FO3 was. Maybe it's because I'm old and stuck in my ways but all mod managers to me just add an extra layer of difficulty - seriously.

Manually installing every single mod is much more work than using a manager.

Do people really care what what mod install method you use? They all accomplish the exact same thing; the stuff people argue about is just sad sometimes.

I cannot get the texture to work. Every mod I have tried to replace the texture for this Minuteman general uniform does not seem to work. I get the same old speckled uniform. I have tried taking it off and putting it on, dropping it on the ground and picking it up, the mod comes AFTER the "we are the minutemen" mod in the load list. All other texture mods work. Any thoughts or help?

If you're using Armorsmith extended, you need to set Armorsmith last (Or very low) in the load order for this mod to work

Any chance of a version with a clean white shirt? The dark shirt looks kinda weird to me.

Bump. I was wondering if there is a clean white undershirt version of this as well.

Actually, that's a great idea . . . if the author ever picks up working on this mod again.

I completely agree, that style choice looks terrible to me. Other than that I really like this mod, still looks better than the original and other shitty retextures.

I have downloaded this mod and really liked the black and white version. I decided to change to the blue one to try it out, but even after uninstalling the black and white texture the blue one does not show up. Any suggestions?
