   how to install ?... in my game folder there is no meshes file

      just put the meshes folder from this mod into the data folder, the directory isn't there normally so it's okay to just make it

   Sure, barbed wires stop some animals from tearing into you, which was probably Bethesda's intent with this outfit.
   But I never seen it prevent Yao Guai and Deathclaw attacks.
   So, thank you for subtle edit.

   Thanks for this. Always hated that nonsense wire 'armor' on an otherwise pretty nice outfit.

      Same. Every time I see it I ask myself who thought it was a good idea to randomly wrap barbed wire right next to their face. someone who wants to lose their eyeballs I guess

   Dang! This is one of the things that has prodded me toward wanting to try modding. I haven't gotten started yet, but this was one of my planned first attempts. I need to get a move on!
