From my personal overhaul. This small and very simple mod adds a small (but cumulative) AP drain to the Chameleon stealth effect while the field is active (you're sneaking) and you are running. Walking doesn't drain AP and the field deactivates when your weapon is holstered so you only have the stealth field (and you're only draining AP) when you want to. There was another mod that did something similar, but I didn't like the implementation, so I made my own.
