First, thank you for this patch. I feel that Lunar has a lot of potential in survival, but need some customization.
With this, is it posible to tweak damage multippliers? (I don't want the enemies to be bullet sponges and I dont like to die super quickly if I can't save.
Also if you tweak your game this way, what multipliers do you use?
Hi ! I'm playing with base survival dmg multiplier so I can't give more advice about dmg multiplier but there's plenty of mods doing it, the first one I can think of is https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/222 Instead I re-enabled the ability to save in survival with the mod Unlimited Survival mod (even in vanilla survival it's mandatory cause losing progress because of one slight mistake or worse a crash, wich can happen more frequently with mods, is never fun). The dmg felt fine honestly, I didn't think anybody was too spongy as I leveled up but it's true that I died very quickly, maybe the damage should be tuned down from 4 time damage taken to 3 times. But just like vanilla game eventually the game become easier at higher level, but it's never to the point where you stop caring anyway, I was still taking many dmg at higher level, even with some resistance perks and when overwhelmed, I died. You could also just use a mod to make survival damage just like very hard and to remove adrenaline, so you play the combat difficulty wich was intended for the mod in the first time ! Edit : I'm gonna do another optionnal version wich reduce damage taken from 4 times to 3 for a slightly better survival experience with Lunar ! Edit 2 : it's done ! It's an esl, you can maybe at first try lunar survival with it and then change to other modifier if you don't like !
You're welcome ! If you're ever interested I've also a mod that changes adrenaline a bit, it's on my profile and it makes things so that adrenaline is based on your missing health and provide a bit less dmg (it provides +3% after losing 5% of your health and gain +3% more dmg every 10% health missing, up to +30% dmg when you're below 5% hp)
