A new outfit that can be found on the north side of Jamaica Plain inside the back of an old van near the demolished house.
It is identical in appearance to the Gunner Outfit from vanilla, but has quest-free ballistic weave capabilities as well.

DESCRIPTION:
A new outfit that can be found on the north side of Jamaica Plain inside the back of an old van near the demolished house. It is identical in appearance to the Gunner Outfit from vanilla, but has quest-free ballistic weave capabilities as well. You can wear chest/arm pieces over this outfit.
OUTFIT STATS:
Damage Resistance - 15
Energy Resistance - 15
Agility +2
Endurance +1
Weight - 1 lb.
Value - 150
BALLISTIC WEAVE:
The outfit can be upgraded with ballistic weave similar to vanilla, except no Railroad quest requirements. You will need the Armorer perk (up to rank 4) and various amounts of Adhesive, Ballistic Fiber, and Fiberglass to craft each upgrade.
MATERIAL SWAP:
New with Version 2. This allows the player to switch the texture of the Merc Outfit from Blue to Green (and back again).
It doesn't require any materials to craft, just an armor workbench and the outfit.
