About this mod
It's been over 200 years and everything is still dead and brown? I think so green grass would be coming back at this point in time so I've greened up the Vault exit are a bit.

This is my first mod, so load at your own risk. It is a work in progress.It's been 200+ years since the bombs dropped, and I'm sure some green has started to return by now. Codsworth has been a little busy awaiting his owners return as well, and has tried to keep the community as clean and tidy as he is able.
I still have quite a bit of work to do on this one as I figure things out, but here is what I've done so far:

Added a trunk with clothes and ammo
Added a set of X01 Power Armor
Vault exit area

Greened up the Vault exit area
Added a down vertibird
Added some loot trunks
Sanctuary Hills

Fixed up the Player home
Fixed all roads
Removed all debris and leaves from road
I still have quite a bit of work to do on this one as I figure things out, but here is what I've done so far:
