Use as a layer to avoid clipping.

I was tired of having clipping issues after editing the ElmTreeFree textures and trying to either use Nifscope or the game to keep tweaking the textures so after I made this I figured that I would share it with the community. Mostly self-explanatory.  Use as a layer to avoid clipping.  Colored are branches and black are buffer zones.
