RADCON adds immersive Bladders and Bowels to the Wasteland. Anything you drink or eat will come out the other end. It’s added realism! Radiation has an effect on your ability to hold it though…

Description
Add RADCON to your game for the next level of survival realism. Monitor your bladder and bowels to stay fit in your fights. You can relieve yourself out in the open, or use any toilet you put down from the CWSS Redux mod.
Radiation affects your ability to hold it: if you’re 50% radiated, your bladder will give out 50% sooner. Having an accident is awkward, and one of the various inconveniences this mod introduces! (You may grow tired of accidents, and opt for a diaper instead...)

Added gameplay elements:
This mod is fully configurable (MCM recommended, but not required): you may disable bowels and/or diapers, if you think that’s too weird or gross. You can adjust your bladder capacity and bowel capacity, if you want to spend either more time or less time managing your character’s needs. You can disable each penalty individually and at any time, if you don’t like it. And finally, you can set whether your character takes off their diaper before ‘going’ (if they’re wearing one in the first place).
If you want to use the diaper: it should work for males as is. For females: it's BodySlide compatible and the necessary files are provided. Try 'CBBE Slim' as a starting point. This is unfortunately as much support as I can offer. The diaper comes with 25 different textures with various degrees of how dirty it is.
Usage
Any foods or drinks (DLC, Vanilla, Mod Added) are recognized when they’re consumed. Drinks and foods digest over time (within 12 game hours).
To relieve yourself: Activate the '* RADCON Action' item in your AID section or use a toilet from the CWSS Redux mod.
You can add the Action Item as a 'Favorite' for hotkey access. When activated, the Action Item will also show your current needs status.
Tip #1: The mod won't work before you get out of Vault 111 for the first time.
Tip #2: It's recommended to play on Survival difficulty, or with a needs mod that adds hunger and thirst.

- Tiered penalties to STR if your bladders or bowels get too full
- Tiered penalties to AGL and CHR if your diaper is full (you’ll be taken less seriously if you smell bad, and it’ll be harder to move)
- If you have an accident and leak through your clothes, your character will immediately take them off. Awkward in battles!
