Adds a recipe to convert Vault 88 Pip-boy into a "Raider PipBoy" which can be equipped on Raiders in Conquest.

Allied Raiders in Conquest can't be equipped with Pip-Boys from the Vault 88 DLC. This mod creates a recipe in the chemistry workstation utility section to convert them into a type that can. That is all.
It should work with any NPC who has the kgConq_PlayerGangFaction" added to them.
Use for cosmetic reasons, or if you use a mod that enhances Pip-Boys (yes, compatible as this mod doesn't edit the actual armor piece).
