After some times making a settlement out of the Castle, I came across a feature that started to annoy me as time passed. It was the invisible furniture around the top of the castle's walls, where assignable guard posts were placed. But since they are invisible (only shown in CK), you can't assign to them manually, so it's luck if any get assigned to. Also, because of their placement any other thing you put on the wall is bound to conflict with them, resulting an NPC sinking in/floating above ground. Not to mention that if you've placed more guard posts you probably wanted to have them manned in order by specific guards. Hence, I removed them.
Technical: It's an ESL flagged ESP. Should be compatible with any castle restoration mods (so long they don't add more of these invisible furniture). Should place under such castle restoration mods.
