After the Minutemen Revolution of 2288, the Grand Coalition was formed, consisting of the Republic, the Reformed Institute, the Commonwealth Intelligence Service (formerly the Railroad) and the Greater BOG. By pooling their resources together, the group has made massive strides towards rebuilding not just the Commonwealth, but New England itself. Forward Operating Base Apollyon is one of their bases off the coast of what was formerly Maine. Originally meant to stage an army to wipe out the Children of Atom, peace was eventually struck and now the base serves as a supply depot.
