Compatibility patch for TRUBY9 ULTRAWIDESCREEN and LevelUpMenuEx.

HOW TO RECREATE MANUALLY
1. Take the LevelUpMenu.swf from LevelUpMenuEx
2. Load LevelUpMenu.swf in JPEXS (nightly build version since the used Flash version is too high for the standard build)
3. In JPEXS, under header click Edit
4. In JPEXS, change the display rect to 51200x21600 twips (i.e. 2560x1080; aspect ratio 21:9)
5. In JPEXS, click Save
6. In JPEXS, find frames\frame 1\PlaceObject2 (97) Depth: 1 (Menu_mc)
7. In JPEXS, click Edit
8. In JPEXS, under matrix : MATRIX make the following changes:
10. In JPEXS, save the changes and close LevelUpMenu.swf
INSTALLATION
Use your favorite mod manager and load after TRUBY9 ULTRAWIDESCREEN and LevelUpMenuEx
KNOWN ISSUES
The level up menu is not centered on the screen but to the left.

Also works well with a resolution of 3840x1080
