About this mod

A simple, good-looking male Looksmenu preset that I came up with during one of my playthroughs that I thought looked good enough to share. This mod includes both human and ghoul versions. Requires the LooksMenu mod.

This is a face preset of a character that I came up with during one of my playthroughs who I've taken to calling Mason.

My goal was to make a stern-looking, 25-35~ish year old mercenary character that would look good, even with Fallout 4's vanilla textures. Took a good few hours in the character creator, as well as countless revisits during the playthrough to the Mega Surgery Center, but I finally got something that I'm comfortable with sharing!

But wait! There's more! So, as a fun little side project during my playthrough, I decided that I should also made a proper ghoul-ified version of the character for roleplay purposes and I'm really happy with how it came out! So, included with the download, there's a ghoul version of Mason the Mercenary for you to play with, if you so choose.

Note: Only the face geometry has been ghoul-ified, not the player race. There's no way for me to make the Ghoul race the default race with the preset, so to fix this and get the whole package, use the console command 'player.setrace ghoul' (sans apostrophes) and you should be ready-to-play as the ghoul preset!

Anyway. Thank you all for checking out my preset and reading and should you chose to try out this preset; I sincerely hope you enjoy the preset! Cheers!

Installation:

Please note that the LooksMenu mod is REQUIRED for this preset. It will not work otherwise.

Mod Manager Installation: Download using NMM, Vortex or MO2 and it should install with no hassle whatsoever.

If, however, the preset doesn't appear in the LooksMenu preset window, follow the manual installation tutorial.

Manual Installation: Download the mod manually and unzip it. Contained within should be two little .json files titled 'Mason' and 'Mason Ghoul'. Copy whichever preset you want and then navigate to your Fallout 4 installation directory (where the Fallout4.exe is located),locate the 'Preset' folder and then paste the files in it.

If you're having difficulty finding it, it should be under: Fallout 4 > Data > F4SE > Plugins > F4EE > Presets

Do that and you're ready to go!
