A small mod i recently made because i couldn't find a simple, plain nerf for OP Perks like Rifleman, Big Leagues, etc. This mod does one thing rly - nerfing DMG from all ranks for perks Rifleman, Big Leagues, Heavy Gunner, Commando, Gunslinger and Demolition Expert from 20/40/60/80/100 to 7/13/20/27/33. The side effect are as vanila.
