The original file is a savegame and after downloading and installing I noticed immediately all the mods baked into the savegame that i don't use nor am I interested in using. Now with this preset those mods are no longer needed also you will be able to change your current character if you like without having to start a new playthrough.
Download with Mod Manager. No esp is included, uninstall at any time, this will not harm your game in any way.
