It's a New Calibers patch for a weapon mod, I think you guys know the drill by now.
But real talk, I'm a big fan of the M14 and seeing FX0x01 upload a version of that made my day. (If y'all somehow aren't aware, FX0x01 has published a whole bunch of awesome weapon mods which deserve your downloads and endorsements, so go do that.)
Anyways, thanks to FX0x01 and BrowncoatGarrus for their respective mods. Give 'em both some love, and go enjoy your happy murder time.
