The Warwick Homestead Razorgrain and Tarberry Farm is meant to be a small agricultural settlement in the southeast of the Commonwealth.
While the product of this settlement is transported via land and sea caravans to the other settlements, it is meant to be a primary source of nutrition for soldiers at the the Castle and Jamaica Plains, when served as a porridge made from boiled razorgrain and tarberries for taste mixed together, a breakfest meal typically served to soldiers stationed there, as 70 percent razorgrain porridge and 30 percent tarberries.

In Murkwater Construction Site Correctional Facility, this mixture is given as 90 percent porridge and 10 percent tarberries.

In Spectacle Island, it is given as 50 percent porridge and 50 percent tarberries free of charges at the arrival customs booth.

In Egret Tours Marina and Sommerville Place, tarberries are a delicacy served by themselves.

The features of the settlement include:

* Razorgrain, muttfruit, tarberries, gourd and tato plantations
* Gate area with walkable pathways for defense and screening
* Laser turret defenses
* Functioning electrical grid
* Newly built concrete and glass settler 4 floor barracks with 47 beds, lighting and thick glass rooftop to see the stars
* 2 Artillery pieces
* BanCo store and BanCo machine
* Two large water pumps, two large electric generators
* Shower stations
* Small rooftop patio connected by wooden pathway to barracks glass rooftop
* Water tank walkways all connected and repaired
* 2 beautiful trees donated by the Institute Reformists allied to the Minutemen

Also meant to protect Spectacle Island's southwest flank, especially in case Murkwater Construction Site Correctional Facility undergoes mass escape or is compromised in any way.
