If you stand on the Sanctuary bridge looking towards Red rocket, to your right, down river will be an island with some radioactive barrels, a military APC and some bugs. There's an army helmet that you can wear over there. Literally the closest one I know of, besides the Station Olivia basement, to the beginning of the game.
During Character editing using slm 14 mid-playthrough the only options I have for hairs are these replaced vanilla hairs, I can't see or select any of the hairs included in the base Nanakochan mod. Is this mod causing that or is it something else, and what might solve it. (I posted this here since it's a hair issue, and this mod specializes in hairs being replaced)

AT LEAST SAY HOW YOU FIXED IT BECAUSE PEOPLE YEARS DOWN THE LINE ARE STILL HAVIN THAT PROBLEM
