I'm not actually too sure. 100 something hours in and I'm yet to see any npc wearing one, or even one in a container. I've read that they can be bought sometimes from merchants, and that there are a few in certain places around the commonwealth. I've also heard mentions of random settlers wearing them but I can't vouch for that.
Another nice recolor, that I'm going to track until the capability to create standalone versions are possible (of both the black/white and white/black variants). Variety is great, but wholesale recolors re not my thing.

Freakin awesome!! But... one question. After installation of your sweet mod how do you obtain it. I assume it has the same player.additem # as the mask it replaced so what would that # be? Thanks
Yes, you can either use the console "player.additem 000787da 1" for the mask, or you can find it anywhere the surgical mask is in game. It's just a barebones replacing re-texture. I wouldn't know how to make it standalone as this is the first mod I've ever made.
