The mod adds a possibility to fail the Confidence Man quest during in the last chapter.

DESCRIPTION

By default the Confidence Man quest is always completing peacefully. Depending on your game play mod list the rescue part of the quest may be difficult, but only for you. Now, our lovely DJ will suffering as we are.

The mod changing only the script stage when entering to the brewery:
  • Ignorance of friendly fire for Travis removed
  • Travis is not Protected anymore
  • Travis is not Essential anymore


WHY

The idea is add odds to deal with the quest in another way, not a violence only by player. Travis is marked as Protected (only player can kill him), but see screenshot that there could be another DJ. In vanilla game there is no way to hear this except by making your hands dirty. Now, there is a chance.


ISSUES

In the version 1.00 of mod, Vadim is not fixed properly, when Travis died in the brewery. To fix this use the next console command:
2efd.SetRestrained 0

If you are in the DC's bar and want to see Vadim immediately:
2efd.MoveTo player
