I didn't like how you needed not only the top-level of Blacksmith and Gun Nut to make the various mods, but also a random assortment (ok, not that random, some of them did make sense) of other perks - when other weapons don't require them. So for the sake of consistency, an alt-start rp character I made, and my sanity, I made these tweaks:
Armor mods are now spaced out on ranks 1 and 2 of Blacksmith, and no longer require other perks. Discples Blade mods no longer require other perks either Handmade Rifle mods are now spread out through all four ranks of Gun Nut as some mods still made sense on the highest rank Raider Gang paint schemes are no longer locked behind 'Taken for a Ride'. This was because I had an alt-started character who was an ex-Pack member, and I wanted to rock the Pack's paint scheme still.
Provided as ESPFE so you don't use up a mod load order slot.
