Vanilla blueprint for Abernathy Farm using only main game and DLC items. Built as a large farming community providing food to neighboring communities. There are 14 beds in addition to the existing beds in the Abernathy's farmhouse. There is a Tier 3 Clinic and a two-story Restaurant built to take advantage of the views. The remaining vendors are Tier 2, and they each have small private living quarters located behind their shops. Plenty of open space and breathing room.
This uses Slot #24 of Transfer Settlements. Please download manually if you already have a blueprint in that slot or just want to assign it to a different slot.
Prior to import, the only scrapping to be done really is just some of the branches and trees on the northeast side facing Concord. This is where the vendor walkway and power generator building are located. Nothing has been changed in the Abernathy's home.

Although this blueprint is completely without mods, some mods used in the images include Stocked Vendor Counters and Better Vendor Stalls.
