The why?
This is a simple set of files to patch the 32-bit CreationKit exe file v1.5.307 that is used for generating dialogue lip files. After the recent 1.10.162 patch to Fallout 4 the CreationKit was updated to support the new header version. However Bethesda did not release a new 32-bit CreationKit to continue generating lip files. This patch removes the version check entirely.
I give no warranty of any kind as to the safety of using this patch or the subsequently generated file. In limited testing it has not shown to have any obvious issues. With this said, always keep a backup of any important files.
