Flares are meant to Light~Up~Your~Night :D Not add a dim glow
Makes the Vanilla Flare Gun better, faster, and last longer. Actually a viable light source now and calls in more -and- more useful troops.
Hopefully functionality for SS Faction Packs will be added by their authors so you can see some support no matter who you side with!

Flares are really, REALLY bright, and QRF's are pretty fast, so changed some things to line up with ~immersion~

Range: Doubles the call radius of the Flare Gun, firing the flare gun will no longer alert enemies. They will be attracted to the light not the launch!

Light: Increases both the Light Radius and Luminosity of Flares, and changes the light from Red to White so you can actually see something at night. Added                 Shadows and Realistic Light Falloff as well. 

Duration: Flares now last about 4 minutes, and once you have about 7 active they stop producing light. ~Engine Limitations~ 

Speed: Detonate in half the time and when fired straight up the Flare will fall for about a minute (couldnt figure out how to slow the fall speed pls help) 

Minutemen: Up to 15 Minutemen will respond based on level / Quest Progression. They now follow you for about 15 minutes OR until the Leader dies. Nearby             Patrols will also be attracted and join the fight. The QRF (Quick Reaction Force) aspect of the MM has been made faster, they now spawn closer and put
     the "minute" back in Minutemen. They now also take the fight into interior spaces!

Immersion Note: Red flares are only used for night time distress signalling or directing, not for calling reinforcements. 
     a) Youd never see a red flare used during the day (you literally cannot see them). Theyre low visibility so we use literally any color but red.
     b) Youd never see a red flare used to signal for people to come to you, illumination flares are used if youre expecting anyone to show up (which are white) so              that people can see whats going on and know what theyre getting into. A red flare would just let everyone know where you are and not do much else.
     Vanilla goes for the Hollywood Effect, not how Flares are actually used.

Sim Settlements Faction Packs

Extra functionality with my Minutemen Faction Pack, and hopefully other pack authors will add theirs as well, allowing players to call in reinforcements regardless of who they side with! I think the meaning behind a giant light in the sky is pretty universal, if the Minutemen can figure it out, I'm sure other Wastelanders can too. It functions just like the vanilla flare gun, if a settlement you control is in range, then members of your faction will come to the rescue!

Minutemen- Flares will always call an officer and a squad of enlisted troops, who you'll see more of as you level up. Taking back The Castle and securing The               Armory will give you some better equipped backup!
