Remodel of Home Plate. Slightly expanded.

This is a remodel of Home Plate. No DLC required, all vanilla assets. I've slightly enlarged the space. There are two versions: 1) no basement 2) with basement.
The best way to avoid the "Clear of Enemies" issue is to not install this mod until AFTER you have purchased Home Plate and cleaned it out.
When upgrading mod - REMOVE your goodies from the workshop and other containers or you will lose them.
If you have lost your goodies because of the upgrade --- reinstall version that you just replaced -- load a save game under that version - get your goodies - save -- exit game - now you can load the new version and still have your goodies. Cheers.
