Adds "Impact" versions of the 5 main grenades (cryo, frag, nuka, plasma and pulse) to the chem station.
All grenades are slightly stronger and explode on impact.
Each grenade requires:
1 - (grenade type)
3 - Adhesive
1 - Spring
1 - Military-Grade Circuit Board
# - Explosive and Science perks depend on the type of grenade.
Also added the Military-Grade Circuit Board to the chem station under utility.
