Turns Fort Strong into a cleared player settlement fully functional and navmeshed

This mod gives you four Settlements, Three at Fort Strong renamed IronWolf Fortress and two interior cells. It also add a new generator in the crafting menu that emits power to power lights through out the entire settlement. The exterior cell extends from the command center to where the bunker was across the bridge. I cleared the exterior so you can build and design the exterior as you please. HOWEVER YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE FORT STRONG QUEST BEFORE DOWNLOADING THIS MOD AS IT DOES BREAK THE QUEST MARKERS OUTSIDE. If you wish to go into the old fort interior toggle collision and walk into the command building. The forts interiors are new cells and do not modify the old ones. This mod does have a requirement of all the dlcs and the midcentury furniture pack that I used on the flooring. DO NOT SCRAP THE FLOOR IN THE COMMAND CENTER. The interior cells are undecorated because one I suck at decorating and two i wanted everyone to have the ability to decorated how they wanted to. I will also be doing Fort Hagan, Satellite Olivia, Fort Hagan Satelite, National Guard Training Yard and much more. If you have my Outpost Chimera mod uninstall it when downloading this one for it has the settlement already.
