This is a CBBE LooksMenu Preset - Face + Body.
If you want to use this preset as settler in your colony, you need to use a
mod called unique npc and another mod that can create them easily for
you.
When you have created an unique npc (female) in your settlement you can
change his body and face with this preset or another you have.
