Perhaps I'm missing something.....but what's the point in using this save if you've already completed all the main and DLC quests? Looking pretty and screenshots?
Yeah, it's really not how the mod requirements was supposed to be used. . When you navigate the "Mods requiring this file" section to see any patches for a particular mod, just imagine if everyone was uploading save files and you just see 5000 save files with mod links.
