This blueprint is yet again based on a real structure - an old iron ore mine called Stallbergs Gruva, located in Sweden. I was fascinated by its utilitarian, plain architecture and derelict exterior, so I tried my best to translate its shape into Fallout world and also make some use of Contraptions DLC (finally). It has sorting facility combined with ammo plant, which then transports fabricated stuff to main building. This settlement borrows heavily from my previous build, but is MUCH more optimized (4x less objects, but overall larger area usage). Even with mediocre PC I never suffer severe FPS drops and texture glitches, and it's got considerable object reserve for your own needs. Happy holidays everyone!

Big up Killroyics for his bridge, it adds perfectly. (Bridge is not included in the blueprint)
