NovaRain for his "Combat Rifle rechambered to 5mm" mod as the Inspiration for me to do this.
No files or other assets from his mod were used directly. Just as a guide for me to understand the structure of the Fallout.esm
Donation Points system

Changes the Semi Auto/ Full Auto pipe guns to use 10mm Ammo in place of .38
Also Edits leveled lists in a way that SHOULD be compatible with any mod. -Justs edits the LL_PipegunSA and LL_PipegunFA lists to call on 10mm instead of .38.
(what this does is tells the game to spawn 10mm ammo on a raider/mutant/exc when they spawn with a pipe gun instead of .38 )
Nothing other then ammo the pipe guns use was touched.
This was a personal Experiment to see if i could figure this out and thought i would share my successful results.
The motivation behind this is to reduce the obscure .38 round's presence in the Commonwealth, and bring attention back to the classic fallout 10mm.
