Bridgeway Trust Location Fix
Description-technical
Simply fixes the incorrect LCTN data for the INTERIOR cell of the Bridgeway Trust.
The game sets it to > FederalRationStockpileLocation.
This fix sets it to > FensBankLocation "First National Bank"
Note: the files format has changed slightly from 1.0. It is now a ESP, flagged as an ESM - ESL. It will load below UNFOP.
Thats all.

Added item clipping fixes to file, rather than creating an entirely new page.
-Fixes 3 tires that clip into walls of Red Rocket Station.
-Fixed a malplaced rug in one of the houses in Santuary. It is placed UNDER a wall.
The objects in question were just moved slightly. You would require a new game to see the effect of these changes.
Note: Do not start a new game to see the effect of these changes lol.
Some mods may edit that cell as well. If this is the case, you can forward the fix in xedit to the mod in question, and then delete this file from your install.
