it is the Neon Flats creation club content, I cannot add a requirement without a URL which CC doesn't have. Thats why it's listed as a requirement in the description on the front page of the mod.
I chose this plot, but didn't have enough people to assign. Once I did, the plot started to build and my game CTD in every test. Once I chose a different plot, the game continued. I have this CC content, of course. Just letting you know in the event someone else has the problem; otherwise it's just my heavily modded game!
Yeah, no worries. I have been testing other things in other settlements, but SS seems to have a larger problem in that when I manually choose a plot, it builds something else!

Might want to list it in the requirements.
Thats why it's listed as a requirement in the description on the front page of the mod.
I might suggest a title edit to include that it's a SS Add-on or something similar. Almost missed it.
