Than this mod is for you.

In other words with 5 buttons mouse
(2-3 buttons is in development) you can:
not only shoot and aim,

but

use items, walk / backwards, sprint,
open pip-boy & VATS,
check favorites, hide weapons,
(and more later)


I've spent full day learning Autohotkey.com and made custom script 
that redirects 5 mouse buttons / double clicks / combos 
and this is enough in 50-90% cases
of pure exploration of the wasteland.

Script uses standard binds:
W - walk, E - use, etc. (check GIF above).

Customize the script:
Download .AHK file - Autohotkey required

Suggest edits online



1. Download 'fallout4mouse.exe'  

2. In 'Windows protected your PC' window
press 'More info' > 'Run anyway'
Paranoia? Test it on virustotal.com

3. Run 'fallout4mouse.exe' with admin privileges!

3. Run Fallout4 and in controls change 3rd person view key to '/'


Recommended:
In settings replace 1st / 3rd person view key to '/' for example.
(When use (E) activated, constant switching of views
annoys and Pip-boy on mouse won't work)

P.S. BETA VERSION:
Make sure that Fallout 4 window
has name 'Fallout4' not 'Launcher', etc.
otherwise it won't work
