Installation:
Simply extract the textures folder out of the .rar and place it into your Fallout 4\Data folder.
You will need to edit your Fallout4.ini if you haven't done so already, which can be found in your Documents\my games\Fallout4 folder and find the following line = sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\ and then change it to sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, Save the file and then boot up the game and it should work correctly.
Please post any feedback you have in regards to the skins so I know what
people do or do not like about them as constructive feedback is very
useful.
