Doc's "Railroad Boxcar Playerhome" - the place for permanent fare evaders!
Small playerhome squeezed inside a railroad boxcar - and alot of signs, smoke and jamaican stuff :D It also has customized interior ambience audio - you can even randomly hear distant battles around you!
Has home-plate styled workshop mode and is fully navmeshed, and has also a few idlemarkers for companions. The Boxcar is seperated in one pre-decorated area and one which has alot junk and can be used for your own decorations. Pre-placed Bobblehead shelf and a Character editor mirror are also inside! The Weed-flag is also craftable for your own settlements!
You can find this place near Oberland Station - just look at your map for the "railroad" traffic sign. Since there are a few ghouls nearby i placed a guard outside.
If you can't place items inside the boxcar you need to enable precombined meshes in you ini!!
