About this mod

A clean, not so lore-friendly, version of Home Plate in Diamond City

So I love blueprints. Without them I can easily spend 6 to 12 hours on one settlement.
With them, it takes it down to about 3 lol.

So When I went to look for a blueprint for Home Plate, I was really sad to find that I didn't care for most of the ones I found.
The only one I did like was a save file called "The Most Aesthetic Homeplate"
But having over 100 hours on my current save game, I didn't feel like starting a new save just for one house.
So, using the general idea of the one from the save file, I made my own blueprint in a similar style.

This is just my personal style for things, and I thought other people might like it too.
I used a ton of mods, and seeing as this is my first blueprint, I don't necessarily remember what each one does.
The biggest ones are Homemaker, and Snappy HouseKit.

I also used Scrap Everything to delete pieces of the actual settlement, like the random metal bits from the walls and ceilings.

Also, if you just got Home Plate, don't rely on "Nuke Settlement" to get rid of everything.
IT DOESN'T!

I highly suggest going into the workshop and manually scrapping everything.
If you don't, the clean up after the blueprint is imported is going to be a pain.

Please note!
I used Modular Kitchens
to build the fridge, stove, and connecting counters.
This mod is no longer on Nexus!
Feel free to use whatever kitchen set you would like, if you don't want to go to Bethesda.net to download it.
