This is such a small blueprint it could almost be called a player home. There is basic crafting with an armour and weapons work station, a power armour gantry and a cooking station. One bed some where to sit and eat your food when you have cooked it. There is also a general store trading counter so you can put your companion, or a passing settler to work.

You will need to clear most of the clutter and junk in and around the Red Rocket. Remove all the crafting benches and the cooking spit at the back of the building. Remove the cabinet at the back of the room next to the office, also the cabinet and the filing with no draws in the office needs removing. the broken paving around the main building and that under the canopy but the paving under the petrol pumps should be left alone. Check the screen shot and you should be able to see how much paving needs removing to accommodate the new paving I have added.
