A settlement blueprint that will support 15 settlers. Fully self-sustained. Contains a bar, restaurant, and chem store.
- Scrap the fencing around the mutfruit crops.
- Scrap the car that is next to the ruined house. (Not the pickup).
- Scrap the inside of the existing shack where the two original settlers sleep.
- Do not scrap the existing campfire and cooking fire, as they are incorporated in the blueprint.
- Do not scrap the ruined home.
