    I love this weapon, even cracked open the esp and replaced those junk shock batons from the Synth melee lists with this beasty

    Some of the Holstered weapons won't equip at the same time as some clothes like the vault suit and chinese stealth suit from the creation club. Does anyone know a fix for this please?

      There are no free slots in the game that are not used by anything, so there really are compatibility problems that cannot be completely solved. I haven't tested it myself, but this modification by shavkacagarikia looks great: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/46101 (Classic Holstered Weapons System) - this may be a better solution than equipping the scabbard as a piece of clothing.

      You can change the slot the holstered variant takes up through FO4Edit. There's a guide here on nexus: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/videos/4695#:~:text=On%20the%20Record%20Header%20column,(54%20un%2Dnamed).

      Right now the holstered variant takes up slot 36, which is the torso slot. You can safely change it to slot 54, which is the backpack slot.

    Can i somehow switch the visible blade to the left side of my shoulder? im not asking author to make a difference file, i never use FO4edit before can i somehow switch it myself using FO4edit?

    Used this and the aquila to replace synth weapons in f04edit and damn is it nice. Makes the institute seem actually high-tech rather than having weapons that look like nerf guns

    Sir Vig Vam,

    First off, I love this weapon. Thank you for the hard work put into it.
    I'd like to provide a little lore correction, here, if you're still interested in updating.

    This weapon is a Ninjato, a 'Combat Knife (To)' for 'One Who Perseveres (Ninja)'. It is definitely Japanese. So your description of it being Chinese, while understandable (because in Fallout universe U.S.A. went to war with China), would not be so correct. It'd be like calling a 'Zweihänder' a British Claymore, when a 'Zweihänder' is apparently a German two-handed sword.

    It's probably no big deal. I just wanted to provide my cultural insight. You've gotten the shape and feel of this ninjato right, so you seem like someone who gets it.

      Greetings ericwu. Yes, I know that a Ninjato history comes from Japanese culture. But I also suggest that China in Fallout World Universe could adapt some of the methods and tools of warfare among its closest enemies / allies (I don’t know how it is in the that universe). I apologize if mixing cultures without proper explanation could confuse someone.

    Any chance of a combined weapon version of your mods ?

    As I love the guns but 4 slots are used.

      Are you serious? Only the full version of FACTOR mod takes 400 MB. Total size of everything will be too big.

      VigVam33, you could possibly offer an Optional ESP that takes your individual mods and combines it into one ESP. You could make an entirely new page for this optional esp mod, or you could include it as an optional file on your weapons pages. This would also make it possible for people with FO4edit to remove Master requirements of that ESP just in case they arent using all weaps. Just an alternative idea. Personally IDK how to combine ESP's but its probably fairly simple.

      With the new updates why not ESL things? Won't matter at all how many different files then for anyone.

    This is probably the best katana like weapon for FO4, looks good, high quality, uses machete animations, highly customizable, not overpowered, best of all the quest to get it was a fun one.
    I went to that spot on the map and was thinking "Well this is some old BS, there's nothin' here..." and then I got stabbed in the taint by an invisible ninja with said weapon I was looking for.
    10 out of 10 best melee weapon mod.
