About this mod
A rework of the lethargic Automatic Laser Musket to a beast of pure rage and anger.
It also shoots 4x per crank.

Features:
- Extended Cranking Action -- as in you could shoot more than just 20 times.
- 4x Fire-Rate -- the Laser Musket will now shoot 4x as fast than before.
Design Notes:
- Langnao approached this by extending the Laser Musket automatic cranking animation, with multiple instances of firing. It is noticeable to be constant 4-round bursts, so looped automatic-fire is necessary.
- The implementation uses an extra race that uses Sub-Graph Anim-Text Data. Implementation requires custom Keywords on top of the standard "AnimLaserMusketAutoCrank", and your custom Keywords must be assigned within said custom Race.
Known Issues:
- Fire Rate is NOT ACCURATELY REPRESENTED, it fails to be multiplied to 4 -- what is 28 Fire-Rate is really 112, all things considering.
- Laser Musket won't fire in the right fire-rate in 3rd person when the player uses this for some reason. It has no issue with the Peppermill Crank-Gun in that aspect, for some reason. It is best to start from a new game to see this work properly in third-person gameplay.
- Does not work with power armor yet.
- Sometimes it stops near the end of the firing. Its the frame-rate issue. There are exactly 100 firing annotations within the animation, it just means that some of them aren't firing when there's FPS drops.
